Modeling Progress (Feat. @LajoyPhotograpy)
It's always good to go back to where you started and measure your growth from then to now. Since a young age, I've been interested modeling but didn't think I had the look, regardless of how many people told me I should go for it. I would play around with my friends that were aspiring photographers, worked at Abercrombie & Fitch taking pictures every now and then but nothing too serious. This year I decided to look into it, after hearing it so much I figured why not. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, yet I didn't think it was going to be that hard. In fact, it was way more difficult than I could have imagined; I didn't know where to put my hands, my poses were stiff, and faces were very repetitive. I started practicing every day and over time I started to get more comfortable in front of the camera, and I found myself getting better and better. The reaction I was getting from my post felt great, I was getting compliments left and right, and It felt good to pursue something I never thought I'd be good at. For this blog, I decided to take my favorite pictures from my first few sessions and put them together as a starting point. From now on I will be blogging every session in hopes of my work getting better and bringing you guys along for my journey.
As always thank you for the support and check out my most recent music on the site and tell me what you think!
